    Alright, I am writing this post to start something up, basically a log of daily PHAT activities. Five activities or things that align with PHAT goals five days a week. I am putting myself out there first in hopes that even just one person feels motivated enough to do this for themselves. Even if you don’t post your own 5×5 and keep it to yourself, you should thank yourself for doing something.

    The Rules:
    1. I encourage everyone and anyone to post his or her own 5×5. This is just a place to log your activities and five days a week seems to be good for the weekday warriors.
    2. For each week, make your own 5×5 post and update it each day for the five weekdays. Just take a few minutes (five ideally!) and make a numbered list of 1-5 and list things that you did for yourself.
    3. No activity is too mundane or unworthy of posting. Everyone’s journey is his or her own.
    4. Motivate each other if you are feeling motivating.
    5. Stick to it! Don’t start another project to just let it go a week later.




    I will attempt this.
